My Approach
When you're used to caring for others and holding everything together, it can be hard to recognize your own needs, step back from familiar patterns, or imagine a different way forward. Our work together creates space to pause, explore the thoughts and beliefs shaping your choices, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
Together, we'll draw on coaching conversations, practical tools, and evidence-informed approaches to help you understand your patterns, explore new perspectives, and find ways to respond to life's challenges with greater flexibility and confidence. We'll work with your values, circumstances, and goals to identify manageable steps that support your well-being, strengthen your resilience, and help you create change that feels sustainable. The goal isn't to do more or push through at any cost, but to find a way forward that works for you.
My approach: My approach brings together professional coach training, ongoing advanced health and wellness education, and continued learning in mindset, resilience, self-compassion, and behavior change. I draw on a mix of coaching frameworks and practical tools, tailoring our work to your needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula.
Alongside my coaching education, I bring around 20 years of professional experience across business, education, and international development and humanitarian work, including supporting young professionals to learn, grow, and navigate change. These experiences shape how I work: with curiosity, a practical perspective, and an appreciation for the complexity of real life.
Reconnect with your needs, values and well-being. Who are you beyond your roles and responsibilities?
Reimagine what a more sustainable life could look like. What do you want your life to look and feel like now and in the future?
Rebuild resilience, confidence and boundaries through small, practical steps. What habits, boundaries, relationships, and routines support that life?
Move forward with greater clarity and choice. What choices can you make, and what possibilities are you ready to pursue?
What I can help you navigate
Single women - For the woman who does it all and wants a life beyond the to-do list: I work with single women who are capable, independent, and often accustomed to doing it all. However, they may have never really stopped to ask themselves what they want their life to look like. Coaching helps them reconnect with their needs, build resilience and move forward with greater clarity.
Burnout - For the woman who is functioning, but running on empty: I work with women who have become incredibly good at keeping everything going while quietly running themselves into the ground. Together, we work on mindset, well-being and manageable steps toward a life that feels more sustainable.
Relocation and major life changes- For the woman who changed her location and is ready to find herself again: Moving to a new place or entering a new chapter can unsettle the routines, relationships, and sense of belonging you’ve relied on. Coaching offers space to reflect on what you’re leaving behind, reconnect with what matters now, and find management steps toward feeling more grounded and confident in your next chapter.
Caregiver Burnout - For the woman who has spent so much time caring for everyone' else that she’s lost sight of herself: I work with women who have become the person everyone relies on, whether aging parents, partners, children, family members or loved ones while continuing to manage work and the rest of life. Through mindset and resilience coaching, they can make space for themselves and find a more sustainable way forward.
Work-life Balance - For the woman who has mastered productivity but forgotten how to have a life: When work and other responsibilities leave little room for rest or your own needs, it can be hard to know what needs to change. Coaching can help you clarify your priorities, explore boundaries that fit your circumstances, and create a more sustainable way of working and living.
Coaching Services and Packages
Sometimes life can feel like a collection of disconnected dots from work, to relationships, health, responsibilities, loss, change, hopes and dreams. Through coaching, and our collaborative work together, it can help you take a step back to see the connections, and being able to understand the bigger picture and possibilities
-
It’s a relaxed conversation where we can talk about what’s bringing you to coaching, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk, and you don’t need to choose a package in advance. We can explore what you’re looking for and, if coaching feels right, talk through the options and decide together what makes the most sense for you.
No pressure, no expectations—just a place to start. 20-30 minutes.

You may already have a sense of what isn't working. You may even know some of the changes you'd like to make. But knowing something needs to change and actually understanding how everything connects can be two very different things.
Connecting the Dots gives us more time to explore what's underneath the surface, identify patterns and turn insight into meaningful movement.
Across our coaching relationship, we can explore the different pieces of your life without treating them as separate problems. Your work affects your energy. Your relationships affect your sense of self. Your routines affect your wellbeing. A major transition can shift all of them at once.
We'll look at the connections—and at what you want those connections to look like going forward.
What your coaching journey includes
12 private coaching sessions, approximately 50 minutes each
A personalized coaching plan based on what you want to work through
A deeper exploration of your values, priorities, needs and patterns
Space to work through transitions, decisions and areas of uncertainty
Personalized reflection exercises and tools between sessions
Practical experimentation and action planning
Accountability and support as you put new choices into practice
Email/message support between sessions for agreed-upon check-ins
Periodic progress and reflection points to reassess what you need
A closing session focused on what has shifted, what you've learned and what comes next
Because we have more time, we don't have to rush toward an answer.
We can pause when something important comes up. We can revisit something when your perspective changes. We can celebrate progress while also acknowledging that meaningful change rarely happens in a straight line.
And if what you thought you wanted at the beginning changes along the way, that's okay too. The coaching can change with you.
You aren't committing to becoming a different person. You're creating the space to better understand the person you already are and make choices that feel more aligned with the life you want. You are working towards:
Recognizing patterns and assumptions that may be keeping you stuck.
Understanding how your priorities, relationships, work, and wellbeing influence one another.
Feeling more confident exploring options and making decisions.
Trying new approaches, strengthening boundaries, and following through on changes that matter to you.
This is where the dots begin to connect.

Some changes need more than a few conversations.
Seeing the Picture is a six-month coaching relationship for when you're ready to step back and look at the bigger picture—not just one challenge or one decision, but how the different pieces of your life fit together.
This might be a season of significant transition. A career change. Starting over somewhere new. Rebuilding after burnout. Reconsidering what success means to you. Creating a life that feels more like your own. Or simply recognizing that the way you've been living no longer feels sustainable.
Six months gives us the space to explore, experiment, adjust and grow rather than expecting everything to change at once.
What your six months includes
18 private coaching sessions over six months, approximately 50 minutes each
A deeper discovery process at the beginning of our work together
A personalized coaching journey shaped around your goals and evolving needs
Regular space to reflect, process and work through what's happening in real time
Personalized exercises, tools and reflection prompts when they support your work
Practical goal-setting and action planning
Accountability between sessions
Agreed-upon email/message support between sessions
Regular progress check-ins to step back and look at the bigger picture
Flexibility to adapt our focus as your priorities and circumstances change
A final six-month reflection to recognize where you've been, where you are now and what you want to carry forward
There is no six-month checklist that you need to complete.
No two coaching relationships will be exactly the same.
You may begin with one goal and discover something much more important along the way. You may need more space for reflection at one point and more accountability at another. Some sessions may be about a specific decision; others may be about stepping back and seeing a larger pattern.
My commitment is to bring the same level of presence, preparation, curiosity and support to our work while allowing your coaching journey to be uniquely yours.
The goal isn't to create a perfect life in six months.
It's to help you understand yourself, your priorities and your choices more clearly and feel more confident creating a life that reflects them. You are working towards:
A clearer sense of the life and priorities you want to move toward.
Greater confidence in making decisions that reflect your values.
More intentional ways of approaching work, relationships, wellbeing, and change.
The opportunity to put new perspectives into practice, learn from experience, and adjust your approach.
A stronger foundation for navigating future transitions with greater self-awareness and direction.
Recognize the dots. Connect them. See the bigger picture.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Coaching is a collaborative conversation designed to help you step back, gain perspective, and make intentional choices about what comes next.
You are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you explore what matters to you through thoughtful questions, reflection, perspective, tools, and accountability.
Sometimes you’ll come to coaching knowing exactly what you want to work on. Other times, you may simply know that something isn’t quite working anymore. Either is a good place to start.
-
Coaching and therapy can both provide a supportive space for reflection and growth, but they have different purposes.
Coaching generally focuses on where you are now, where you want to go, and what may help you move forward. Therapy is a mental health service focused on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and working through psychological or emotional difficulties.
I’m not a therapist, and coaching is not a substitute for therapy or other professional mental health care. If it becomes clear that something would be better supported by another professional, I’ll encourage you to seek the appropriate support.
-
There isn't a script you need to follow.
We’ll start with what feels most important to you that day. That might mean exploring something that’s been on your mind, looking at a decision, recognizing a pattern, working through a challenge, or figuring out what you want next.
I may ask questions, offer observations or perspective, introduce a tool or exercise, or help you turn an insight into something practical to try.
The conversation is yours. We’ll decide together where it goes.

Yes, in the Discovery Call we can discuss the package that you feel fits your need best and look at the payment options available.
-
That's completely okay. You don't need to have it figured out before you start.
In our discovery session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to coaching and what you're hoping might be different. Our initial conversations can help us explore what feels most important and where coaching could be useful.
From there, you get to decide what you want to focus on. Your priorities may also change as we work together . . .and that's okay too.
-
You don't have to figure that out on your own.
Your complimentary discovery session is a chance for us to talk about what you're looking for, what kind of support might be helpful, and what you're hoping to get from coaching. We can talk through the different options and you can decide which feels like the right fit.
And if you're not sure yet, that's okay. You don't need to choose a package before we talk.
