See the Dots

€650.00

Sometimes you know something feels off, but you can't quite put your finger on what it is.

Recognizing the Dots is designed for those moments when you're ready to slow down, step back from the noise, and start understanding what's really going on.

Over our time together, we'll create space to explore the areas of your life that may be competing for your attention—work, relationships, identity, balance, confidence, purpose, major transitions, or simply the feeling that you're ready for something different.

The goal isn't to arrive with all the answers. It's to start recognizing the dots: the thoughts, patterns, values, priorities, experiences and choices that may be shaping where you are today.

What your coaching journey includes

  • 5 private coaching sessions, approximately 50 minutes each

  • A personalized starting conversation to identify what you want from our work together

  • Reflection and coaching between sessions where helpful

  • Thought-provoking questions and exercises tailored to what we're exploring

  • Support identifying patterns, priorities and areas that may need attention

  • Practical tools or actions to experiment with between sessions

  • Accountability around the changes you choose to make

  • Email/message support between sessions for agreed-upon check-ins or questions

  • A closing reflection to look at what you've learned and where you want to go next

Our conversations won't follow a predetermined script. Your life isn't a template, so your coaching shouldn't be either.

One session might focus on work and identity. Another might uncover something around relationships, boundaries or how you're spending your time. We may follow something unexpected because that's where the most useful insight happens.

The process is collaborative. I'll bring the coaching framework, questions, perspective and support. You bring the expertise on your own life.

This is a place to begin understanding what you're experiencing before deciding what you want to do about it.

First, we recognize the dots.
